As a nondenominational Christian charity, Hope & Home trains and actively supports foster families all across the Front Range who feel compelled by Christ’s command to take care of “the least of these.”

Abused and neglected children who’ve been removed from their birth homes get a stable and nurturing family to live with until it’s safe to go home again, or — when that safety isn’t possible — a family to give them a “forever home” through adoption.

Lutheran Family Services Rocky Mountains is a faith-based, non-profit human services agency providing adoption, disaster relief, foster care, older adult guardianship, family support & education, and refugee & immigration services since 1948. We provide help and support to ALL children and families during their most challenging times. At LFSRM, we believe that all people, from the newborn to the most elderly, are valued members of our community. 

Kids Crossing is a private, non-profit, 501 (c) (3) foster care organization based out of Colorado Springs that is licensed by the State of Colorado to provide foster care and therapeutic foster care along the Front Range of Colorado, with offices also in Pueblo, La Junta, and Denver.

We buy items for all seasons, all day, every day, with no appointment necessary. Each location is individually owned and operated, so it is easy to support local while shopping sustainably and affordably.

 At Itza Corazon Community Services LLC, we believe in the power of compassion and experience. We offer personalized psychotherapy care that’s tailored to your specific needs. With empathy and understanding, we support individuals, families, and couples as they work through mental health, behavioral, and emotional challenges. Our safe and neutral space fosters healing and growth. 

 Family Compass is a collective effort of 16 grassroots organizations giving speedy, no-nonsense access to proven, existing services. Launched in 2024, we will offer placement stabilization to a sample group of 40 kinship and foster families in El Paso and Teller Counties. Our peer support team, employed by Kids Crossing, streamlines access to each support activity (as needed per family), making it easy and affordable for overwhelmed families. In addition to tangible grassroots support, we educate families about trauma-informed mental and physical health providers for a whole-child approach. 

Fostering Hope is an enduring community of affirmation and support for foster families, restoring the sense of family and belonging that foster children need to thrive. We exist so that:

• foster parents can be at their best,
• children who have experienced the trauma of abuse and neglect can heal, and
• young adults can become the productive citizens they were meant to be.

 We are specialized and inclusive community of providers offering a wide variety of clinical, prevention-oriented services and foster care homes. We support the development of safe, secure and healing homes for children who experienced trauma. As a home based, family-centered and strength-based provider, we operate with mindfulness about sensory processing challenges and understanding how trauma, abuse, neglect and multiple transition can impact developing brain of a child. We provide high levels of training and support to clients and families across all of our services.
